"All enthusiasts have their own story.
Mine begins with a grandmother who, during the holidays, likes to pass on her passion for embroidery to me.
Years later, during long stays abroad, I discovered new embroidery techniques little known in Switzerland, my native country.
Je Then let me be guided by my curiosity and I decided to create embroidery models. The models follow one another at various exhibitions (SMAC, Maison & Objet, Aiguille en fête, Creation & Savoir-faire) defining more precisely my style: sober, elegant , feminine while daring a touch of extravagance.
In 2002, during a show in Paris, I had the chance to meet another passionate person. This meeting will give birth to the creation and publication of a book by Editions LTA (Embroidered Alphabet). Other projects will follow at that time (samples for great couturiers).
In 2006, I had to give up this universe that I found in 2010.
Since 2010, the models follow one another mixing various techniques: traditional embroidery, ribbon embroidery, haute-couture embroidery and stumpwork and various materials: threads, ribbons and silk chenille, trimmings, glass beads and tubes, sequins but also precious stones, cultured pearls.
For some pieces, embroidery is combined with leather goods.
While living in Morocco for a few years, I also had the chance to learn to create my own trimmings. I thus made a collection of earrings, necklaces, bracelets handmade with as raw material, the sabra. The sabra in Hebrew, means "cactus". This material originated from the fiber of the prickly pear. This is no longer relevant, but the fiber used now is very bright and shiny with shimmering colors. In the form of trimmings, I use it for my creations.
For a year, I established my workshop in Pézenas. A lovely town to visit, town where Molière stayed for a few years. It is a city that is home to many artisans, each practicing a different craft.
It is also a city nestled in a beautiful region where the sun is generous, the climate soft. It is good to live and create there. "
